The Brown Law Offices, P.A. is a Minnesota law firm that handles divorce and family cases. We have successfully resolved hundreds of marital dissolution cases across the Twin Cities - both contested and uncontested. Divorce and family cases are often complex, emotionally-charged lawsuits that require an understanding of the legal issues that are unique to families experiencing significant conflict and the host of social, psychological and economic realities that play a role in family court.
Our experience fighting for the rights of those who are dissolving their marriage has given us an understanding of the trauma and hardship that divorce inflicts. Jason C. Brown has earned a reputation for thorough preparation and excellence in trying divorce and family cases. He has published numerous articles on family law issues, spoken at various continuing legal educational seminars, held leadership roles within the Minnesota Trial Lawyer's Association, including the chairperson of its Family Law Section, and served as an adjunct professor of divorce and family law at North Hennepin Community College.
Cynthia J. Brown has represented hundreds of family law clients over the last decade. Cynthia is a former law clerk to the Honorable Timothy R. Bloomquist, Assistant Chief Judge of Minnesota's Tenth Judicial District and is the former prosecutor for the cities of Isanti and Braham, Minnesota. Cynthia founded the Amigos de Guatemala Foundation in 2007. She serves as a board member and president of the Foundation, which provides educational, health and financial resources to underprivileged Guatemalan citizens.
